• Transaction data: property addresses, financial figures, and pipeline stage information you record.
• Billing data: handled directly by Stripe — we store only a customer ID and subscription ID.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve the Service.
• To send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset, reminder digests).
• To process payments through Stripe.
• To respond to support requests.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with the third-party services necessary to operate the Service:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your data is removed within 30 days.

5. Security

Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. Data is stored on servers with access controls. We use HTTPS for all data in transit.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@omniracrm.com.

We use a single session cookie for authentication. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
