By creating an account or using Omnira CRM (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Omnira CRM is a contact and transaction management tool for real estate professionals. Features include contact management, transaction pipeline tracking, and follow-up reminders.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account.
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; your subscription remains active through the end of the billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice.
You agree not to use the Service to store unlawfully obtained data, send unsolicited communications, or violate any applicable law or regulation.
We store the data you enter to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
